Vegetarian Appetizers - Kilanji

Ingredients   Rice mix:
200gm rice, 2 eggs, and ? cup water

For the preparation:
2 tsp oil, Banana accompaniment, banana slices to taste, 1 tsp sugar, and 1 cup coconut milk.

Procedure   Add banana slices and sugar to coconut milk to prepare the accompaniment. Grind rice with eggs and water to a fine milky mix. Apply a thin layer of oil in a pan. Pour ? cup of the mix in the pan and immediately distribute it equally all around the pan. Cook for five minutes on a low flame. Carefully remove the cooked layer of the mix from the pan and serve hot with the accompaniment
